Jonny Kappen blijft als directeur van RMS B.V. (REMONDIS Maintenance en Services, de holdingmaatschappij van o.a. REYM B.V.) en als commissaris van REYM B.V. betrokken bij het bedrijf. Met zijn medecommissarissen Carsten Lange en Olaf Karrass zal hij zich richten op de verdere ontwikkeling van REYM en andere RMS-bedrijven.
Change of statutory directors at REYM
Last month, a number of changes took place at REYM's board level, with which changes REYM has taken a next step into the future.
Ron Grobecker has taken over Jonny Kappen’s position and is now REYM’s general director. Nick Kappen has been appointed as commercial director. Together with financial director William Knapen, the three of them now form the REYM B.V. statutory board.
Jonny Kappen will stay involved with REYM through his position as a director of RMS BV (REMONDIS Maintenance & Services B.V., the holding company of REYM BV) and trough the REYM supervisory board, together with the other two supervisory board members Carsten Lange and Olaf Karrass. Together they will focus on the further development of REYM and other RMS companies.
